We use sarcasm, satire, comedy, and, sometimes, insults to point out exactly how far from reality many people’s lives have become. We are constantly bombarded from every direction by manipulative ads, fake news, and absolute nonsense. Most of this is done to us simply because powerful people want to use us as walking paychecks. We have to stand up and say that enough is enough. Or, at the very least, try to see the manipulation for what it really is.
